Import Letter of Credit Initiation
If you have an approved line of credit at Eastern Bank, this module allows you to prepare import letter of credit (L/C’s) applications and electronically transmit them to the bank. With easy-to-use templates, the ability to import or “cut and paste” information, Global TradeConnect virtually eliminates costly re-keying errors.

Export Letter of Credit Monitoring
This module allows you to electronically receive incoming S.W.I.F.T. formatted letters of credit immediately upon their receipt. You can also create a complete multi-bank database of all your export L/C’s, whether or not Eastern Bank advises them. And – because your L/C information is transmitted and maintained in a single database, Global TradeConnect’s comprehensive reporting lets you monitor the status of your collections at all times.

Documentary Collections Monitoring
Global TradeConnect’s Direct Export Collection System (DECS) module is an integrated, on-line data collection and transmissions system that enables you to create and control the administration, communication and documentation accompanying each of your export collection transactions.
