A. The Online Account Access web site offers the ability to:

• Pay your credit card bill.
• Schedule a one time payment or set up recurring automatic payments.
• Set up/access more than one payment account when making an online payment.
• View detailed statement information for the past 16 months.
• Sign up for e-alerts.
• Send e-alerts to more than one email address.
• Access other Eastern Bank credit card accounts with one username and password.
• Transfer balances to your Eastern Bank credit card account.
• Download transactions to Quicken®.

Q. What information will I need to enroll in Online Account Access?
A. You will need to provide your Mother’s maiden name and any two of the following pieces of  information:

• Credit card number
• Primary cardholder's social security number *
• Date of birth

*Primary cardholder is the person who appears first on the billing statement.

A. No, only the primary accountholder can enroll.
