Professional Experience
Mr. Sheehan brought his unique multi-disciplinary experience to the Eastern Investment Advisors team in 2007. Previously, he was a principal at Sheehan Life Planning where he advised current and pre-retirees on a wide range of issues including: income planning, asset allocation and preservation, risk mitigation, estate planning and distribution. He also worked closely with other advisors to ensure proper implementation of legal strategies and tax mitigation techniques. Prior to that, Christopher was an associate attorney for the Law Office of Thomas F. Williams, where he concentrated in estate and tax planning, asset-protection planning and real estate law.
Education
Mr. Sheehan earned a Juris Doctorate from New England School of Law, Boston, with a taxation concentration, and a Bachelor of Arts from Saint Michael's College, Vermont. He is admitted to the Supreme Judicial Court of Massachusetts, the United States District Court, District of Massachusetts, and the Supreme Court of the United States of America. He holds securities licenses 7, 63 and 65 and is a member of the Massachusetts Chapter of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys.
