is free for all Eastern Investment Advisor clients.

Enrollment
You must have an Investment account with Eastern Investment Advisors to sign-up for PortfolioConnect.
To enroll, simply call your Relationship Manager. You can find the name and phone number for your Relationship
Manager at the top of your Investment Account Statement.
Security
PortfolioConnect uses the highest level of encryption available today (128-bit) to
provide secure access to your Investment account. Encryption is a method of scrambling
data so that it is unintelligible to anyone that may intercept it as it passes over the Internet.
You will need a browser with high-security 128-bit secure socket layer (SSL)
encryption to use PortfolioConnect.
To access PortfolioConnect, one of the following browsers is required:
- Microsoft? Internet Explorer (version 5.5 or higher)
- Netscape? Navigator (version 7.0 or higher)
To provide an additional layer of security, PortfolioConnect requires you to establish a password,
which is an access code that identifies you to Eastern Bank.
Security Reminders
- Use a password that is hard to guess, so avoid using names, initials, or dates (such as your birthday).
- Use a combination of letters and numbers.
- Be sure to log out of PortfolioConnect when you are done.
- If you think that your password (PIN) has been compromised, immediately change it
by going to the PortfolioConnect login screen.
