With Mobile Banking at Eastern Bank, you can use your Internet-enabled phone, PDA or wireless device to find Eastern Bank offices and ATMs, view your account balance, pay bills and more.1,2

Simple menus designed for viewing on Internet-enabled wireless devices makes mobile banking by phone quick and easy to use.

Go mobile now
There is no enrollment for Mobile Banking. Using your Internet-enabled wireless device, simply login at http://mobile.easternbank.com. However, to access your Eastern Bank accounts using Mobile Banking, you must be enrolled in Eastern HomeConnect® online banking. Your use of Mobile Banking to access your Eastern Bank account is governed by the terms and conditions of the Eastern HomeConnect® Agreement.

If your wireless device does not have Internet access, you may use Mobile Banking’s text messaging feature to obtain your account balance and last three transactions.

With Mobile Banking, you can use your wireless device to:

  • View account balances and activity
  • Pay bills
  • Transfer funds between your Eastern Bank accounts
  • Find Eastern Bank offices and ATMs

Security
When you use Mobile Banking to access your HomeConnect online banking service, your account information is protected by the same high level of security that you experience when logging into your Eastern Bank accounts using your PC.  When you enter your HomeConnect User ID, you will be presented with your security image and personal phrase, confirming that it is safe to enter your Password.

In addition, we will never transmit account number information and we use encryption technology to safeguard your personal information.  To use mobile banking, your wireless device must have a browser enabled with 128-bit encryption.


1 You will need Internet access on your wireless device to use all of the features of this service and your wireless service provider may charge a fee for its web services.  Please check with your wireless service provider for details on its fees and charges. If your wireless device does not have Internet access, you may use Mobile Banking’s text messaging feature to obtain information on your Eastern Bank account.

2 To access your Eastern Bank accounts using Mobile Banking, you must be enrolled in Eastern HomeConnect® online banking.
