Provides cardholders traveling 50 miles or more from home, travel related assistance services. This is especially reassuring when visiting a place for the first time, or if you do not speak the language of the country being visited.

Provides referrals to attorneys, or consultations with local embassies or consulates. MasterAssist will arrange for the transfer of up to $5,000 in cash from a family member, friend, or business associate to cover legal fees or travel emergencies.

Provides up to $250 per product, if the cardholder becomes dissatisfied with the product within 60 days of purchase and the merchant will not accept a return.

Zero Liability
Be protected against unauthorized purchases. With Zero Liability, you only pay for purchases which you have authorized on your MasterCard card. This coverage applies to purchases made in a store, over the telephone or online as long as the following conditions are met.
- Your account is in good standing.
- You have exercised reasonable care in safeguarding your card.
- You have not reported two or more unauthorized events in the past twelve months.
MasterCard's Zero Liability program only applies to purchases where a receipt has been signed. PIN-based transactions are not covered.
