Account Information Line
With Eastern’s automated Account Information Line, you have access to a host of banking information and features 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Simply call 1-800-EASTERN (1-800-327-8376). Below are some of the features available through our automated Account Information Line.
- Obtain account balance and interest paid information.
- Review last 10 deposits (within 90 day period) .
- Review last 10 checks cleared (within 90 day period).
- Search for a particular check (within 90 day period).
- Transfer funds between Eastern accounts.
- Review loan information such as payout amount, interest paid year-to-date, and next payment date and amount.
- Make loan payments from an Eastern Bank account.
- Report a lost or stolen ATM or debit card.
- Find branch locations and hours of operation.
Customer Service Center
In addition to our automated Account Information Line, Eastern has a Customer Service Center staffed by experienced customer service professionals. Our Customer Service Center has been designed to help you with your more complex banking needs, such as:
- Opening an account.
- Stopping payment on a check.
- Applying for a loan or mortgage.
- Applying for an ATM or debit card.
