Eastern Bank recommends using the current release (2009) of QuickBooks or one of its two previous versions (2008 or 2007). Earlier versions may not be supported by Intuit. Minimum systems requirements are defined by Intuit for the product version you own.

Global TradeConnect^SM
You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader 7.0 or higher to use certain features of Global TradeConnect, such as the Reports Module. You can Download Acrobat Reader at no charge if you do not already have it.

To ensure you get the most out of Pinacle^® FX's many features, you will need to meet the following minimum requirements.

• Security: Your browser must support 128 bit encryption.
• JavaScript must be enabled.
• Java must be supported.
• Cookies must be allowed.
• Screen size should be 1024 or higher for optimal viewing.
• Connection speed should be 56k, DSL or higher for best performance.
