To help businesses that may not qualify for conventional loans get the funds they need to start, grow and expand, we offer government-guaranteed Small Business Administration (SBA) loans.1  Our experience with processing and servicing SBA-guaranteed loans has earned us the designation as a preferred lender, allowing us to speed up the loan approval process significantly.

For-profit businesses including recent acquisitions.

SBA Express Option

 

 For-profit businesses with a net worth less than or equal to $8,500,000 and average net income not greater than $3,000,000 for the past two years.  Equity requirement is as low as 10%. Veterans and members of the U.S. military who want to establish or expand a small business.
Loan limits

Up to $2,000,000

SBA guarantee cannot exceed $1,500,000.

$50,000 - $2,000,000

($4,000,000 for manufacturing companies)

Up to $500,000
