Patty was drawn to Eastern’s stellar reputation in the community and its progressive stance on social justice issues when she joined the bank in 2015 as Assistant to Nancy Huntington Stager, then EVP, Chief Human Resources Officer for the Bank. In 2021, Patty joined the Foundation team as it expanded its reach under Nancy’s leadership where she plays an integral role in supporting the Community Donation and Impact Grant process.
Prior to being with Eastern, she spent 35 years building extensive professional experience supporting senior-level executives, including serving as Executive Assistant to the Presidents of two healthcare companies, one of whom she was with for 25 years. In her early professional work, she was the Executive Assistant to the President of a major Boston bank. Throughout her career, Patty has been known for her dedication, professionalism, dependability, persistence, and loyalty.
