2011 – For the second consecutive year, Eastern Bank ranked “Highest Customer Satisfaction in Retail Banking in the New England Region” for the J.D. Power 2011 Retail Banking Satisfaction StudySM.

2010 – Eastern Bank ranked “Highest Customer Satisfaction in Retail Banking in the New England Region” for the J.D. Power 2010 Retail Banking Satisfaction StudySM.

1. Eastern Bank received the highest numerical score among retail banks in the New England region in the proprietary J.D. Power 2014 Retail Banking Satisfaction StudySM.  Study based on 80,445 total responses measuring 13 providers in the New England region and measures opinions of consumers with their primary banking provider.  Proprietary study results are based on experiences and perceptions of consumers surveyed in January 2014.  Your experiences may vary.  Visit jdpower.com.
