Complete the package as instructed and return it to us with your opening deposit. Your account will be opened on the date we receive your completed package.

Application Guidelines
1. At this time, we will only accept applications from individuals residing in the following New England states: Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Maine, New Hampshire and Vermont.

2. If you wish to apply for an IRA CD, please visit one of our Eastern Bank branch locations. This online application can only be used for non-IRA CD’s.
