Welcome to Eastern Bank

On behalf of the Cash Management teams at Eastern Bank and Century Bank, I want you to know how excited we are to have you join us at Eastern Bank. And for those of you that already have accounts with us, we look forward to continuing the growth of your existing relationship. Whether you are new to Eastern or expanding your relationship with us, we look forward to working with you to develop cash management solutions specifically tailored to meet your needs.

As an update, we expect to complete the account and system conversion over the weekend of November 12th. We understand the significant impact this will have on your banking relationship, and we are dedicated to understanding how each relationship works and what this change will mean to you. We are committed to providing you with the same high level of service that you have come to expect and have several tools to assist you in that transition. In fact, many of the Century Bank representatives you have enjoyed working with for many years will be joining our Cash Management and Institutional Banking teams here at Eastern Bank; something we’re additionally excited about.

Remote Deposit Capture (RDC)

The Eastern Bank RDC platform is called Deposit 24/7 and is provided by our vendor Deluxe. You will be trained on Deposit 24/7 via a WebEx session.  Scanner drivers and installation items will be handled during this training session. Please be aware that Eastern Bank’s vendor Deluxe and their training unit Benchmark will be communicating with you by email and phone. They are reaching out on behalf of Eastern Bank and Century Bank.

If there are any issues with the scanner drivers / installation, all follow up trainings will take place the week of November 15th.  

Key Dates


  • You'll receive a phone call from your team of dedicated onboarding specialists at 855-408-9054 to review training resources

  • You will also receive email communications from your onboarding team

NOVEMBER 1-12, 2021

  • Access to training resources will be available

  • Review your migrated users and update their access with help from your onboarding specialist 

  • Review saved ACH and wire transfer templates to ensure the information is accurate

  • Practice initiating account transfers, stop payments and ACH activity in preview mode

  • Set-up customer reports and alerts in advance of the transition

NOVEMBER 12, 2021

  • 4pm is the cut-off time for Century Remote deposit files to be transmitted using your Century RDC

NOVEMBER 15, 2021

  • Begin using Eastern Treasury to manage your business accounts online

  • Transaction details will be available

  • Online access to Eastern Bank Remote Deposit Capture begins
