Quincy L. Miller is President and Chief Operating Officer of Eastern Bankshares, Inc. and Vice Chair, President and Chief Operating Officer of Eastern Bank. Mr. Miller joined Eastern in 2016. He oversees Eastern’s Consumer Bank, Credit Division and operational divisions including Technology, Operations and Human Resources, and with the Executive Chair and Chief Executive Officer leads the overall strategic direction of Eastern. He has 29 years of experience in banking, including leadership roles at Citizens Bank and M&T Bank. Mr. Miller is a founding member of The New Commonwealth Fund. He also serves on the Board of Directors for Blue Cross Blue Shield of MA, The Boys and Girls Club of Boston, National Association of Corporate Directors and Nectar Community Investments. Mr. Miller earned a B.A. in economics and business from Lafayette College where he currently serves as a member of the Board of Trustees. He graduated from the Consumer Bankers Association’s Executive Banking School and is the former chair of The Consumer Bankers Association Board of Directors.
