Foundation Coordinator, Eastern Bank Foundation
David Guilmette joined Eastern Bank in 2010 through the merger with Wainwright Bank, bringing with him more than three decades of experience in branch operations and customer service across the region, and a commitment to the bank’s dedication to community and inclusivity.
David spent many years as part of the Bank’s Retail Administration team before joining the Eastern Bank Foundation’s Operations team in 2024. He currently helps to process Foundation grant payments and supports sponsorship and branding efforts with local business partners and nonprofits.
David’s long-standing dedication to equality and community has been recognized across the organization. He is a proud member of the President’s Club, and a Core Value Award winner for Commitment to Community, among other honors that reflect both his impact and his passion for service.
A committed advocate for inclusion, David also serves as co-chair of Eastern’s LGBTQIA+ Employee Network, Equality Under the Blue, and plays a key role in organizing the Bank’s participation in Pride events across the region. His leadership and enthusiasm continue to strengthen Eastern’s culture of authenticity, belonging, and social justice.
