Miriam leads the Foundation’s impact strategy, driving initiatives that promote economic mobility and inclusion, while overseeing efforts in measurement, evaluation, and learning. Miriam brings over 15 years of experience in designing and implementing educational programs for underserved communities, with a focus on adult learners and opportunity youth.

Before her current role, Miriam served as Senior Director of Education and Training at Just A Start, where she played a pivotal role in developing the Economic Mobility Hub—an innovative, integrated facility providing workforce training, affordable housing, childcare, and financial empowerment services. A committed community advocate and proud resident of Hyde Park, Miriam currently serves as a Trustee of Roxbury Community College and is a cofounder of Stories Inspiring Movements.
