As part of Eastern Bank’s online and mobile update, clients who use an Intuit product including QuickBooks® Desktop, QuickBooks Online and Quicken® will be required to take action to ensure a smooth transition to your new online and mobile banking experience.
BEFORE MONDAY, OCT. 14, 2024 PRIOR to 4 PM
You will need to back up your data files and download final transaction reports. Please make sure to complete the final download before this date since transaction history might not be available after the update.
STARTING ON WEDNESDAY, OCT. 16, 2024
Your online and mobile banking connection to Intuit aggregation services will be interrupted for 5-10 business days depending on your service:
- Consumers on Eastern Mobile & Online Banking – up to 5 days
- Business customers on Business Mobile & Online Banking – up to 10 days
Please complete the deactivate/reactivate instructions outlined in the following instructions to ensure that you get your current Quicken or QuickBooks accounts set up with the new connection. These are time sensitive instructions and must be performed exactly as described in the order presented. If you do not, your online banking connectivity may stop functioning properly.
This conversion should take 15-30 minutes. Please carefully review your downloaded transactions after completing the migration instructions to ensure no transactions were duplicated or missed on the register.
