Attention Quicken® and Quickbooks® Users

All Cambridge Trust clients who use an Intuit product including QuickBooks Desktop, QuickBooks Online and Quicken will be required to take action to ensure a successful transition to Eastern Bank.
 

BEFORE FRIDAY, JULY 12, 2024 prior to 4 PM

You will need to back up your data files and download final transaction reports. Please make sure to complete the final download before this date since transaction history might not be available after the upgrade.

ON OR AFTER MONDAY, JULY 15, 2024

You will compete the deactivate/reactivate of your online banking connection to ensure that you get your current Quicken or QuickBooks accounts set up with the new connection.


The steps outlined in the following instructions are time sensitive and must be performed exactly as described in the order presented. If you do not, your online banking connectivity may stop functioning properly.

This conversion should take 15-30 minutes. Please carefully review your downloaded transactions after completing the migration instructions to ensure no transactions were duplicated or missed on the register.

Conversion Instructions

Intuit aggregation services may be interrupted for up to 15 business days depending on your online banking service:

  • Eastern Mobile & Online Banking – up to 15 days
  • Business Mobile & Online Banking – up to 5 days
  • Eastern Treasury™ - up to 5 days

Users are encouraged to download a QFX/QBO file during this outage and use the Web Connect connection type. The following services may not work during the outage:

  • Quicken Win/Mac Express Web Connect
  • QuickBooks Online Express Web Connect
