Community/Volunteer Engagement Director
Kelly Khan is a respected community leader and accomplished banker with 30 years of dedicated service in Retail Banking at Eastern Bank. In April 2026, she joined the Eastern Bank Foundation, where she now serves as Volunteer and Community Engagement Director. Throughout her career, Kelly has been a passionate advocate for creating community, fostering inclusion, and building meaningful connections that strengthen both individuals, businesses and organizations.
Her contributions have been widely recognized, including being named a President’s Club Award recipient, a Eastern Bank’s Core Value-Tony Terry Award recipient, and a 6-time Pinnacle Award winner. In 2025, Kelly was further honored as one of Eastern Bank’s Top 20 Volunteers, highlighting her exceptional dedication to service and community.
Kelly’s community involvement extends well beyond her professional role. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for Our Promise to Nicholas Foundation and the Southern New Hampshire Chamber of Commerce and is an active member of The Exchange Club of Salem, NH. Through these roles, she champions community well-being, nonprofit leadership, and regional economic growth.
Kelly is the co-founder and co-chair of IMAN (Faith): Eastern Bank’s Muslim Employee Resource Group, where she helps cultivate belonging, understanding, and an inclusive workplace culture. Her leadership reflects a deep commitment to equity, dialogue, and community-building both within the organization and across the communities Eastern Bank serves.
A graduate of Salem State University, Kelly maintains strong ties to the communities she serves and is known for her collaborative leadership style, authenticity, and unwavering commitment to making a positive and lasting impact.
