Our new mobile app now supports a feature that allows an app's font size to be larger or smaller depending on the user’s preference.
Users who have changed this setting on their mobile phone will see the text reflect this sizing change in our mobile app. Some users may be experiencing larger than expected fonts. We are working on a fix that will allow you to scale font size to your app based on your preferences.
To adjust the font size anytime, please follow the instructions below:
Change Font Size for Eastern Bank Only (iOS)
You can set the text size just for our app by adding the Text Size control to your Control Center.
Step 1. Add Text Size to Control Center
- Swipe down from the top right of your screen
- Tap the + in the top left
- Tap + Add a Control on the bottom
- Select Text Size
Step 2. Adjust Text Size for Eastern Bank Only
- Open the Eastern Bank app
- Swipe down from the top right of your screen
- Press and hold Text Size
- Switch from All Apps to Eastern Bank Only
- Set your preferred text size
