With more than 20 years of experience in the banking and technology industries, Drew Grandi is a veteran of the mortgage banking business. Prior to joining Eastern Bank, Drew founded and managed a successful correspondent mortgage lending company based in New England. Drew grew this mortgage lending company to over 200 employees across 17 offices in New England and the East Coast. As a result, Drew has worn many different hats throughout his mortgage career, including Owner, Sales Leader, Secondary, Operations, Recruiting, and Business Development, among others. His broad knowledge across all facets of the Mortgage Lending industry has been a key factor in his professional success.
By listening to and understanding his clients' needs, Drew provides unique mortgage solutions that benefit them. Over his career, Drew has originated over $1 Billion in mortgage loan volume and managed over 400 Mortgage Employees.
Drew is currently the Regional Sales Leader for Eastern Bank Mortgage. Drew is originally from the Washington D.C. area, graduated with a degree in Economics from the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor, and earned his Master's in International Management at Thunderbird. He is a resident of the Newton area and has a home in Yarmouth on the Cape.
