Your Migration Experience:
We will migrate our customers during the Spring and Summer months. We are committed to providing each of our clients with a right-sized transition plan based on your business needs. We will be reaching out via email and regular mail to provide you with your migration date and instructions for migrating. We know that access to online banking is crucial to successfully managing your business, so we'll be supporting our clients throughout the transition via multiple channels, including a new video learning library and group webinars on functions important to you.
Your Role in Migration:
- Review your current reports, payment templates, and users and update or delete out of date information.
- Look for migration communications from Eastern by mail, email and telephone
