Small Business Mobile & Online Banking Update

Eastern Bank is committed to serving your banking needs. It’s why we’re launching a new Eastern Small Business Mobile & Online Banking experience, and sunsetting our current platform and mobile app. The new platform will:

In preparation for this update, here's what you should know and can do now:

  • New login credentials will be needed to login to the new Eastern Small Business Mobile & Online Banking platform. Your new login credentials (Company ID, User ID, and temporary password) and first-time login instructions will be sent to you via email in the coming weeks.
  • If you use mobile banking, you will need to download the new Eastern Small Business mobile banking app once the update is complete. More information will be provided in the coming weeks.
  • Some features and information will transfer to the new platform while others will not. For example, scheduled and recuring transfers and loan payments will not transfer, and will need to be reestablished within online banking after the update. Please review carefully what WILL and WILL NOT transfer by CLICKING HERE.
  • You will have access to 90 days of transaction history on the new platform. We recommend you print and/or download any transaction history and deposit account statements you may need for your records before the update. NOTE: If you would like to receive your future Eastern Bank deposit account statement electronically, you will need to re-enroll after the update.
  • If you use third-party budget or financial management apps (also known as account aggregators), you will notice a disruption in service as these external apps update their connections.

If you are a Bill Pay user:

  • Bill pay payees, scheduled bill payments, ebills, and bill pay history will transfer to the new platform.

If you use Intuit products, such as Quickbooks® & Quicken®:

  • It is recommended that you back up/download a copy of your files by October 14th since transaction history may not be available after the update. 
     
  • Connection to Intuit products via Eastern Mobile & Online Banking will be temporarily unavailable from October 16th through October 28th.
     
  • After the update you will need to deactivate/reactivate your online banking connection to ensure your Intuit products are set up with the new connection.
