As part of the upgrade to the new Eastern Mobile and Online Banking experience, Eastern HomeConnect® is no longer available in the App Store®. The following steps will allow you to download and use the HomeConnect app on your device until you’re upgraded to the new mobile & online banking experience. You can find information about our mobile & online transition on our upgrade overview page.
- Open the App Store®.
- Tap on the account profile icon (For iPad®, skip to step 3).
- Tap “Purchased”.
- Tap the “Not on this iPhone” tab. Tap the “Not on this iPhone” tab. This shows a list of the apps that have previously been downloaded but are no longer on the device.
- Search for "Eastern Bank".
- Tap on the cloud to the right of the Eastern Bank app. This will download the app to your device.
