As someone who currently uses HarborOne Online & Mobile Banking for your small business, we want to assure you that many of the same features you have available to you now will continue to be available to you through Eastern Small Business Mobile & Online Banking, which you will be able to access on Monday, February 23, 2026.

How to Prepare

Your HarborOne online account will move to Eastern Bank on February 21–22, 2026. Follow the steps below to get ready.

Contact your HarborOne Relationship Manager to confirm or update your contact information.

Prior to February 20, if you are using an Intuit® product, including QuickBooks® or Quicken® software, you will be required to take action to ensure a smooth transition to your new online and mobile banking experience.

Prior to February 20, if you use HarborOne Bank Business Bill Pay, please review any payees, scheduled, or recurring payments, as you will be unable to schedule or modify payments after this cutoff.

Print or download any activity, reports, statements or notices you will need after the transition to Eastern Bank.

Access Eastern Small Business Mobile & Online Banking during the Preview Period with supported training appointments starting the week of February 9.

Your Onboarding Experience

A dedicated team of Eastern Small Business Mobile & Online Banking Onboarding Specialists will be reaching out to you soon to learn more about how your business uses online banking and to connect you with the right training resources. To ensure a smooth transition, it is important that you keep an eye and ear out for our emails and phone calls.

 

What to Expect

Week of
January 26

  • Expect a phone call from your team of dedicated Onboarding Specialists to review training resources.
  • You will also receive email communications from your onboarding team.

Preview Period:
February 2-19

  • You will receive a secure email from Eastern Bank with first time online banking login credentials.
  • Guided login and training appointments begin the week of February 9.
  • Review your migrated users and update their access with help from your Onboarding Specialist.
  • Practice initiating account transfers, stop payments, etc. in preview mode during the Preview Period.
  • Set-up alerts in advance of the transition.
  • During the Preview Period, any changes you make to your HarborOne Bank online banking, such as adding or modifying users, must also be made in Eastern Small Business Mobile & Online Banking.

Wednesday,
February 18

  • Access to Mobile Deposit and service requests (e.g., notify of travel, stop payments on checks, etc.) through HarborOne Mobile & Online Banking will become and remain unavailable starting at 4:30 PM on Wednesday, February 18.

Friday,
February 20

  • Access to HarborOne Bank Business Bill Pay will be unavailable starting at 10 AM on Friday, February 20.
  • Access to HarborOne business accounts will be unavailable at 4 PM on Friday, February 20.

Monday,
February 23

  • Begin using Eastern Small Business Mobile & Online Banking to manage your business accounts.
  • If you have Business Bill Pay, please re-establish any eBills and review the entitlements/permissions of any secondary users.

What Will and Will Not Transfer 
to Eastern Small Business Mobile & Online Banking

Please review the following information carefully as some features will transition from your current HarborOne online account while others will not.

What WILL Transfer
  • Your HarborOne Bank accounts
  • The Primary user, which is known as the “Primary admin” at Eastern Bank
  • Secondary users who have logged in within the last 13 months
  • Bill pay accounts, bill pay payees, scheduled payments, nicknames without certain special characters, and 6 months of payment history. Please note payment history may take a week to load. You will be able to view after February 27.
  • Savings, checking, and CD transaction history from 2026
  • Up to 7 years of eStatements

How to Log On

Online Banking

  1. Review the secure email you received from Eastern Bank with your first-time online banking login credentials. This will include your new Company ID.
  2. Visit EasternBank.com. Click the ‘Login’ button and select ‘Eastern Small Business’.
  3. Login using your Company ID and User ID.
  4. Complete the one-time authentication and follow the prompts to complete first-time login.
  5. ‘Accept’ the Terms & Conditions.
  6. Upon login, carefully review that your accounts have transitioned and that your contact information is correct.

Once you are successfully logged in you can begin banking online.

Mobile Banking

  1. Please ensure you have completed the online banking steps provided, as you will need to do this before accessing on mobile.
  2. Download the Eastern Small Business & Mobile Banking app from the app store on your device.

Download on the App Store

Get it on on Google Play

  1. Log in using your Company ID and User ID.
  2. Complete one-time authentication and follow the prompts to complete login.
  3. 'Accept' the Terms & Conditions.
  4. Delete the HarborOne mobile app as it will become inactive.

Tip: Remember to enable biometrics for secure, easy login on your mobile device.
