In 2025, Nancy Huntington Stager was honored at our 37th Celebration of Social Justice for her visionary leadership and commitment to equity. Over her three-decade career at Eastern Bank, including more than 25 years leading the Eastern Bank Foundation, she transformed corporate philanthropy through impact-driven investments and authentic community partnerships. Her work has supported thousands of organizations and advanced equity in small business, housing, early childhood development, and workforce opportunity. Ms. Stager continues to inspire leaders to pursue bold, inclusive change.
