As someone who currently uses HarborOne Mobile & Online Banking, we want to assure you that many of the same features you have available to you now will continue to be available to you through Eastern Mobile & Online Banking, which you will be able to access on Monday, February 23, 2026.

What to Expect
BEFORE February 20, 2026
- Take note of your current username.
- Confirm that your contact information is up to date in HarborOne Mobile & Online Banking.
- Tuesday, February 17 at 8 PM ET: HarborOne ePay System will be unavailable to conduct transactions starting at 8 PM ET and will remain unavailable.
- Wednesday, February 18 at 4:30 PM ET: Mobile Deposit will become and remain unavailable to deposit checks. Ability to make ‘Additional Service Requests’ will also be shut down and remain unavailable through HarborOne Mobile & Online Banking (e.g., travel notifications, stop payments on checks, etc.).
- Wednesday, February 18 at 7 PM ET: Pay a Person will become and remain unavailable.
Friday, February 20, 2026
- As of 10 AM ET, access to HarborOne Bill Pay will be unavailable and will remain unavailable to schedule or modify payments.
- HarborOne Mobile & Online Banking will become unavailable starting at 4 PM ET.
- You will receive an email from Eastern Bank with first-time login instructions.
Saturday & Sunday, February 21-22, 2026
- HarborOne Mobile & Online Banking and Bill Pay will remain unavailable.
Monday, February 23, 2026 at 9 AM ET
- Visit EasternBank.com to log in and begin using Eastern Online Banking.
- Download the Eastern Bank mobile app.
- Remember to delete your HarborOne mobile app.

Alerts• Take note of any alerts you currently have set up so that you can re-establish them in Eastern Mobile & Online Banking®.
Bill Pay• Prior to February 20, please review any payees, scheduled, or recurring payments as you will be unable to schedule or modify payments after this cutoff. • As of 10 AM on Friday, February 20, access to HarborOne Bill Pay will be unavailable and will remain unavailable to schedule or modify payments. Contact Information• Confirm your contact information is up to date in HarborOne Mobile & Online Banking. User Names• Record your current HarborOne username. You will need this information to re-establish your login credentials in Eastern Mobile & Online Banking®. Pay a Person Payments• Take note of any Pay a Person payments, which can be established using Zelle® services following the transition to Eastern Bank. Statements• Download any historical tax documents, eStatements, or loan statement history you would like access to. Accounting Software• Prior to February 20, if you are using QuickBooks® or Quicken® software, you will be required to take timely action to ensure a smooth transition to your new online and mobile banking experience. Alerts• Re-establish alerts in Eastern Mobile & Online Banking®. Zelle®• You may now enroll in and establish payments using Zelle® services. |
